Ratings are given by Stratford-on-Avon District Council’s food safety officers after an inspection. They look at how hygienically food is handled, the condition of the premises, and how food safety is managed. The rating shows the standards found on the day of the inspection, so check the inspection date. A business can ask for a re-visit once it has made improvements.
